Limited Pokemon and Moves

Not all pokemon are for everyone. Some are too powerful for regular users, while others are just too dangerous for anyone. Here is a list involving all the pokemon that are limited to mods, admins, and even those extremely powerful ones that can't be used by anybody!

What if you are a mod and you have an alternate account that has one of the mod pokemon on it? I have a shadow lugia, and also going to make a Paikou, so can I still use these pokemon?

So wait is each legendary limited to one person or can there be more?

Victini can be used by regular people. You can just switch your characters around so Shadow Lugia is your modded accout and Victini is your alt As for the legendaries, yes, another personcould have a Deoxys if they were a mod. The only pokemon there cant be two of is pokegods.

What if it is a pokemon that you made yourself and you didn't give somebody permisson to use it then they take it? Can there only be one of my custom design eevee I made?

Ok, this is not 100%, but this is what I THINK is the rule.
Yes, there can only be one of you because it is a custom pokemon that you made and people are not alloud to steal that idea, BUT other people can still be an Eevee, or have an unatural evolution. My thoughts.

I think if you make a custom character you own le rights to that custom character

Thats what I siad. If somebody does use your sustom pokemon and you don't want them to tell them that the pokemon is ours. If they still refuse then tell an admin or mod.
